The gas unit has not been used for several years and there is no evidence when this was last serviced:
A minimum repair would be:- New Regulator
- New Gas Piping
- Air Pressure test Gas Valves
- New Gas Bottle
- Safety inspection
Basic Health & Safety Requirements:A clean, easy to wash down and open plan area with cooker, food preperation area and wash station with hot and cold running water.
Wash area and toilet facilities are also essential services. @co'como:a solution? A covered space is available, with an adjacent compost toilet.
It is easily accessible from the #huertos area and will not directly impact on #zonazero
@adam has already began clearing away the winter debris and relocating any remaining items left by the previous land owners.
There is a working gas cooker, several large sink units and worktop space. There is also access to an electric fridge freezer.
